These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the bola888 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering with bola888, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in full.

Each player may hold only one bola888 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All promotional bonuses at bola888 are subject to turnover requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Specific multipliers and eligible games are stated in individual promotion terms. Bonus abuse results in forfeiture.
bola888 processes all withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) to verified Malaysian bank accounts or registered e-wallets. Withdrawal to accounts not matching the registered player name will not be processed.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their bola888 login credentials. bola888 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access attributable to player negligence.
bola888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, collusion, or chargebacks on deposits.

References to a statute or statutory provision include all subordinate legislation made under it. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the bola888 platform. By registering, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. bola888 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify age. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
21+ Only: Access to bola888 is restricted to adults aged 21 and above. This is a non-negotiable eligibility condition and applies to all jurisdictions from which the platform is accessed.
It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using bola888 is lawful in their jurisdiction. bola888 makes no representation that its services are legal in all locations. Players who access bola888 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk.
All information provided during bola888 account registration must be accurate, complete, and current. This includes your full legal name, Malaysian IC number (or equivalent identification), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false registration details constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Each player is permitted to maintain only one bola888 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. bola888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorised access attributable to your negligence.
If you suspect that your bola888 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bola888 support immediately via live chat. bola888 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation, but accepts no liability for transactions completed prior to your notification.
bola888 operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance requirements. You may be required to submit supporting documentation — including a copy of your Malaysian IC (MyKad), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your registered address, and a selfie — before processing your first withdrawal or at any point thereafter as required by our compliance team. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account restriction.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bola888 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances after providing reasonable advance notice to the player's registered email address.
bola888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank, CIMB Bank, and Public Bank online transfers. Additional payment methods may be introduced or removed at bola888's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
The minimum deposit amount at bola888 is MYR 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion. Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded where detectable.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the registered bola888 account holder. Before a first withdrawal is processed, bola888 requires completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited. bola888 processes e-wallet withdrawals within approximately one to three hours of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three working days.
bola888 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activities. We reserve the right to request documentation supporting the source of funds for any deposit, and to delay or refuse withdrawals where reasonable suspicion of financial crime exists. Players must not use bola888 for any purpose related to money laundering or fraud.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by bola888 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, including turnover requirements, minimum odds or game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These terms are published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms prevail.
Bonus funds credited to your bola888 account must be turned over a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable turnover multiplier, eligible games, and time window are stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagers placed on excluded games do not count toward turnover requirements.
bola888 maintains the right to withhold, cancel, or clawback bonus funds and associated winnings where promotional abuse is detected. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent, and placing low-risk bets on excluded games while a bonus is active. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, bola888 may also suspend or permanently close the player's account.
bola888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to registered players. Promotions are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, account tier, or product-specific restrictions.
Each game available on the bola888 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and any other documentation, the in-game rules prevail. bola888 makes no warranty that all games are available in all regions or at all times.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure during a game round, bola888 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrable technical error may be withheld pending investigation. bola888 will not honour bets placed at erroneous odds resulting from a software fault.
Any attempt by a player to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting systems not expressly permitted by bola888, or engage in any form of cheating constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bola888 may take any action it deems appropriate in response, including immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.
bola888 reserves the right to void any bet that is reasonably suspected of being placed in connection with match fixing, insider information, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of a sporting event. This applies to all sports including football, Malaysia Super League matches, EPL fixtures, UFC events, and all other markets offered on the bola888 sportsbook.
All content on the bola888 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the intellectual property of bola888 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the bola888 platform without prior written consent. Unauthorised commercial use of bola888 brand assets or game content is prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bola888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes losses arising from: platform downtime, game malfunctions, payment processing delays, or any third-party conduct.
bola888's total aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits bola888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Upon termination, any remaining withdrawable balance (net of forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bola888 holds its operating licence. Players are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, players are required to contact the bola888 customer support team in the first instance to allow bola888 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. bola888 will endeavour to respond to formal complaints within five (5) working days of receipt.
Players who remain dissatisfied following bola888's internal complaints process may refer their dispute to the applicable independent regulatory authority or alternative dispute resolution body associated with bola888's operating licence.
